Martina is an undergraduate Chemical Engineering student at the University of Connecticut. She graduated from Bristol Central High School, and quickly developed a passion for the environment. Her current research is membrane synthesis for desalination via electrospray.   She has a passion for environmental matters and is collaborating with Ph.D. student, Mert Can Hacifazlioglu, on membrane development.
