Originally from the Seattle area, Noah received his bachelor’s degree in materials science and engineering from the University of Washington. After working at UW as a carbon nanomaterials research scientist, he joined the McCutcheon group in 2017 to study water treatment and desalination technologies. His current research focuses on ethanol/water separations, and on technologies for the capture and utilization of carbon dioxide from the atmosphere.
