Role: Senior Laboratory Technician, Connecticut Center for Applied Separations Technologies (CCAST)
Brenna is the Connecticut Center for Applied Separations Technologies (CCAST) laboratory technician. She is responsible for building, operating and demonstrating bench top and pilot scale test stands for organic and inorganic membrane projects. Brenna is also supporting the development and collection of liquid & gas separation benchmarking data to support the core services that the CCAST facility offers.
Brenna joins the CCAST team with over five years of prior experience in the hydrogen PEM industry with a focus on assembly and lab-scale testing, as well as experience working in academia on physics teaching and research. She has an A.S. in Engineering Science from Manchester Community College and a B.S. in Physics from UConn.
